1. With the magazine genre i am doing is a sports magazine, you would commonly expect to see a professional sports player on the front cover of the magazine, it would mainly have information on the person, it may also contain some fun facts about the chosen sport.
2. a stereotype for a sports magazine is a professional athlete somewhere in the magazine.
FRONT COVER
- The players on the front cover are Bukayo Saka, Jude Bellingham, Harry Kane, Scott Mctominay, Andrew Robertson, John Mcginn, the shot type is a mid shot of all the footballers compacted into one
- The subjects mentioned on the front cover is The Euros, Sticker packs, England and Scotland Football squads, Premier league, Messi's boots, Mbappe to Real Madrid
- The colour themes chosen are Bright and vibrant

- This single page article is layed out with a collage of photos updating the reader on premier league signings.
- There are 7 images used in this article.
- This single page article uses 5 different fonts.
- The text is organised around the title and images of the people inside the article.
- They have chosen a plethora of high contrasting colours to stand out from other magazines and to stand out to younger audiences, this magazine is more than likely for under 16's considering the colour scheme and the content within it.
- People aka footballers are represented as very expensive as they have market values of over 5 million pounds.
- the stereotypes used are that all footballers are men, and mens football is much more popular than women's so they tend to use more men on their magazines to gain popularity among audiences that like football
- The brand differentiates itself from others by using bright colours to make the magazine pop out compared to the rest of the magazines in relation to those that are similar.
- the colour conventions showed in this magazine are bright aesthetic colours.
- the ideology presented in this magazine is that they think football is very important to certain types of audiences by using certain words like epic and boss to create emphasis on the fact it is that important.

Representation is how a person or a thing is shown and has been presented typically an idea about its form of media commonly through imagery. How a media text deals with and presents gender, age, ethnicity, national and regional identity, social issues and events to an audience.
COVER
- The footballers on the cover are Raheem Sterling, Ngolo Kante, Sadio Mane, Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang. They are using a mid shot
- The cover lines include showing boots, saying the premier league is making a return, it says there are 7 posters, and huge signing deals have been made.

While primary research involves active participation from the researcher themselves, secondary research involves the summary or synthesis of data and literature that has been organised and published by others. When doing secondary research, researchers use and analyse data from primary research sources. Primary - the information is obtained first hand.
Secondary - information that was obtained by someone else.
imagery - in a football magazine you most commonly would expect the magazine too have bright aesthetic colours, pictures of footballers, maybe football boots, stadiums of big football clubs and gear that most footballers use such as shin pads or the football club kits.
Colour palette - in a football magazine you will probably see bright colours or colours that match the main clubs colours on the front cover
Typography - In a football magazine you most commonly see typography as short snappy words, lines or paragraphs used to gain the readers attention and draw it to the information it holds. and contains, it also uses large headlines and mastheads to gain readers attention.
Lexis - The lexis used in a football magazines are emotive words and simple language to gain emphasis towards the magazine's headlines and simple language suitable for young audiences reading the magazine.
Topics of articles - Topics of articles are articles that cover different topics, occasionally seen in football magazines conveying a plethora amount of topics relating to the football genre.
Representations of people - stereotypically, footballers are shown as quite famous, the top of their game and commonly as professional level of football.

Magazines
- Popular, Praised, Cool, Amazing
- Gender is presented in this magazine as men as the more preferred gender, or the more popular gender when it comes to terms of football, this is. evident as they show more male characters then they do female, this is to add more attention to the football genre as most of the fanbase for football is seen mostly as men over women.
- Age is represented as giving older people more of the spotlight as they are seen as more professional and take their job seriously compared to a few youngsters who may seem like they don't really take the job as seriously as other younger ages.
- ethnicity is represented as irrelevant as the publisher believes in equality of all races no matter how they look.
- Sports is represented as important to specific audiences as it keeps the reader updated with the different things that have been going on in the footballing world.
- The stereotypes that are being used repeatedly is that football is for me as there are barely any women throughout the magazine.
